About Bourbon Country Chefs
The American Culinary Federation provides accredited educational programs, certifications, competitions, and networking designed to enhance professional growth for all current and future chefs and pastry chefs.
We are the standard of excellence for the culinary industry, advancing and promoting professionalism, leadership, and collaboration.
Additionally, our ACF Kentucky Chapter supports the Chef and Child mission through the Food Literacy Project with “Field to Fork Dinner” and farm-based educational programs. Through continued mentorship of our chapter members, we support Chef Club after-school programs, Kentucky ProStart, and the culinary programs of Western High School, JCTC and Sullivan University.
To be the leader in professional and personal development for the culinary community, while promoting current culinary techniques and preserving the history and skills of our craft.
ACF is now the largest professional chefs’ organization in North America. We are made up of more than 15,000 members belonging to more than 150 chapters in four regions across the U.S.
We are a proud group of Chefs in Kentucky looking to have an impact and make a difference in our industry. We invite you to be a part.
